2、在常规治疗组基础上加用艾司洛尔。入院时检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、磷酸激酶同工酶(CK—MB)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)。治疗3d后复查，比较治疗前后心肌酶及NE变化情况。结果：重症HFMD患JL,b肌酶及NE均明显高于正常对照组(P<0．O1)。常规治疗组和艾司洛尔组治疗后LDH、CK、CK—MB及NE均较治疗前显著下降(P<0．01)。2组治疗前上述各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)，治疗后艾司洛尔组上述各指标均较常规治疗组显著下降(P<0．01)。结论：艾司洛尔治疗t],JL重症
