1、·临床研究·2013年7月第3卷第14期持续质量改进对孕产妇顺产质量的影响邓珍娇黄羡容广东省台山市人民医院妇产科，广东台山529200【摘要】目的探讨持续质量改进对孕产妇顺产质量的影响和价值。方法对2012年1～6月产科孕产妇顺产质量进行分析，及时发现问题，针对孕产妇顺产存在的质量问题落实整改措施，持续改进质量，制定妇产科孕产妇顺产护理管理规范，并于2012年7月～2013年1月期间开始实施，评价持续质量改进前后孕产妇顺产质量情况。结果观察组并发症率为l-07％，低于对照组的3．55％，观察组产妇完全依从性为91．47％，高于对照组的48．70％，观察组产妇满意度评分平均(9
