2、发生体系,通过自旋捕集和电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术对上述3种中药提取物及其活性部位清除活性氧自由基的活力进行比较研究。结果表明:3种中药提取物都具有清除自由基发生体系中游离自由基的作用,发酵黄芪提取物效果优于其他2种中药提取物,但组间统计学上无显著性差异。说明赤芍、何首乌及发酵黄芪提取物均可作为清除自由基、抗氧化新药剂研究开发的首选中草药。Researchontheantioxidantefectsoftheextractsfromredpeonyroot,PolygonummultiflorumThunbandfementedAstragalusZH
