2、ndongProvince,China摘要 背景：有研究认为高黏度骨水泥可以减少经皮椎体成形治疗中的骨水泥渗漏，但相比低黏度骨水泥是否具有临床优势，目前还存在争论。目的：比较经皮椎体成形治疗中使用高黏度骨水泥或低黏度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的骨水泥渗漏率和临床疗效。方法：将60例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折行经皮椎体成形治疗患者随机抽签分为两组，分别采用高黏度骨水泥与低黏度骨水泥修复，比较两组患者骨水泥静脉渗漏率、椎间盘渗漏率、腰痛目测类比评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果与结论：所有患者均顺
