2、椎体成形术中注入高黏度或低黏度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2014年8月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院骨科收治的胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者4O例，根据治疗措施，将其分为低黏度骨水泥组(n一20)和高黏度骨水泥组(n=20)。观察两组患者VAs评分、ODI评分、Cobb角以及骨水泥渗漏率、术后手术椎体或非手术椎体再骨折的情况。结果低黏度骨水泥组和高黏度骨水泥组的VAS评分、ODI评分和Cobb角差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。高黏度骨水泥组术后并发症发生率均低于低黏度骨水泥组(P<0．05)。结论采用高黏度骨水泥行椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩
