2、外分光光度法测定大豆异黄酮的含量。结果用溶剂法提取大豆豆粕,在80%乙醇、常压60℃、浸提2h、豆粕与乙醇比例为1:15(g/mL)的条件下,大豆异黄酮的得率较高。利用微波对其进行前处理的最佳条件为频率400W,固液比为1:30(g/mL),微波提取时间为6min。结论溶剂法和微波法提取大豆异黄酮均可行,适3"-的微波处理不仅可提高大豆异黄酮的提取率,同时可提高提取操作的选择性,是一种有效的处理方法。关键词:大豆异黄酮;豆粕;溶剂法;微波处理;提取中图分类号:TQ461;R282.71文献标识码:A文章编号:1
