2、愈合率、肉芽组织菌落计数、清创至终末手术时间以及并发症发生率。结果：对照组1Od愈合率为(49．6±8．2)％，菌落计数为(3．5土0．2)×10，清创至终末手术时间为(25．3士6．2)d。观察组对照组10d愈合率为(72．5±13．4)％，菌落计数为(5．9±1．1)x10，清创至终末手术时间为(14．1±3．2)d。观察组创面愈合、肉芽组织菌落计数及清创至终末手术时间与照组差异显著(JD<0．05)。观察组严重感染、张力性水疱、出血等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(尸<0．05)。结论：VSD应用深度烧伤后感染创面效果显著，可
