1、方●筠理研宠WesternJournalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,2014Vo1.27No.2——柴胡解热的物质基础、药效及机制研究金国泰,李博,王树荣山东中医药大学,山东济南250355[摘要]目的:通过动物实验验证中药柴胡及各有效成分(挥发油、皂苷)的解热作用并揭示其作用机制。方法:向大鼠背部皮下注射干酵母混悬液制取发热模型,随机分为6组,每组10只,灌胃给药。正常对照组:生理盐水10mL/kg;模型对照组:生理盐水10mL/kg;阿司匹林组:0.1g/kg;柴胡挥发油组:0.25g/kg;柴胡皂苷组:0.35g
2、/kg;柴胡水煎液组:10g/kg,给药容量均为10mL/kg。测量致热后大鼠体温变化验证其解热作用;测量大鼠下丘脑和血浆中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量以及脑腹中隔区和血浆中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量。结果:中药柴胡及各有效成分(挥发油、皂苷)对皮下注射干酵母混悬液引发大鼠的发热反应均可起到降温作用:可降低致热大鼠下丘脑中cAMP及脑腹中隔区AVP含量,升高血浆AVP含量,对血浆cAMP含量无显著影响。结论:中药柴胡及各有效成分(挥发油、皂苷)均具有明显的解热作用,作用机制与体内cAMP及AVP的合成分泌有关。[关键词]柴胡;水煎液;挥发油;皂苷;解
