1、悬索桥主缆锚具选材研究朱建龙,徐文雷,穆金禄,崔冰37文章编号:1003—4722(2010)04—0037—03悬索桥主缆锚具选材研究朱龙,徐文雷,穆金禄,崔冰。(1.江苏法尔胜新日制缆索有限公司,江苏江阴214445;2.中铁大桥局集团桥科院有限公司,湖北武430034;3.中交公路规划设计院有限公司,北京100088)建铁汉摘要:为确定某悬索桥主缆锚具用材,选取ZG310—570和ZG20Mn两种铸钢材料,采用光学显微镜观察法、拉伸试验、冲击试验及化学成份分析对2种材料的显微组织、力学性能和焊接性能进行对比分析。研究结果表明:ZG310-570正火及回火组织由铁素体+珠光体构
2、成,ZG20Mn调质后的组织为回火索氏体组织;ZG20Mn的抗拉强度略低于ZG310—570,但屈服强度和塑性均高于ZG310-570;ZG20Mn的室温及低温冲击性能明显优于ZG310—570;ZG20Mn的焊接性能优于ZG310—570。综合比较,某悬索桥主缆锚具选ZG20Mn铸钢制作。关键词:主缆;锚具;ZG310—570;ZG2OMn;热处理;显微组织;力学性能;焊接性能中图分类号:U443.38;TG162.9文献标志码:AStudyofMaterialSelectionforAnchorSocketsofMainCablesofaSuspensionBridgeZHUJ
