2、结石的方法和疗效。方法：回顾分析为106例复杂肾结石患者联合EMS系统行B超引导下PCNL的临床资料。结果：单侧肾结石清除时间20—190min，平均55min。术中出血60—800ml，平均150ml。I期结石取净率76．2％。术后短期高热4例．体温最高39．8℃。更换有效抗生素后，4d内体温降至正常。术后无大出血。术前合并肾积水的患者中55例获得随访，集合系统分离情况较术前均有不同程度地减轻，无结石复发病例。结论：B超引导下PCNL联合EMS系统治疗复杂肾结石具有无x线辐射、安全、创伤小、康复快和再次手术不增加手术难度的特点，值得临床推广。【关键词】超声检查；肾结石；肾造口术，经皮；病
