2、尿管时间、客观症状改善及并发症等情况。结果患者手术前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、剩余尿量(PVR．)比较均得到显著改善(Po．05)。TUEVAP组平均手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后留置导尿管时间、继发出血、再次手术及尿道狭窄的发生率明显高于PVP组(P
