2、量平均1200mL(950~1950mL)。术后平均随访10．7个月(2~24个月)，14例中9例神经功能有不同程度的恢复，未发生内固定失败，无手术相关并发症。结论经后路椎体次全切除三柱固定可以有效进行椎管减压、恢复椎体高度并提供稳定的三柱内固定，手术并发症少，是治疗合并三柱损伤的胸腰椎严重爆裂性骨折的又一新选择。【关键词】脊柱骨折；胸椎；腰椎；骨折固定术，内；三柱固定；椎体次全切除中图分类号：R683．2，R687．32文献标识码：A文章编号：1674．666X(2011)01．0022．05Subtotaleorpectomyandthreecolumnstabilizationt
