2、5mg(65岁以上,可以酌情减量)加生理盐水至总量100mg/kg,输注速度2ml/h,自控0.5ml/次,锁定时间15min。结果:实验组30例中显效23例占76.67%,有效5例占16.66%,无效2例占6.67%,总有效率为93.33%;对照组30例中显效15例占50.00%,有效12例占40.00%,无效3例占10.00%,总有效率为90.00%。两组均采用(VAS)评价标准,总有效率差异不大,而显效率有明显的差异。结论:本研究操作较简单,可持续有效控制晚期癌症病人疼痛,提高患者的生存质量。关键词:晚期癌症病人;
