1、恶性青光眼对侧眼青光眼的临床治疗［摘要］目的分析恶性青光眼对侧青光眼的临床效果及方法，为临床提供参考依据。方法选取我院2013年4月〜2014年4月收治的50例恶性青光眼对侧青光眼患者作为研究对象，随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各25例。对照组采取小梁切除术治疗，实验组采取联合手术方式治疗，包括人工晶状体植入+小梁切除术+透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除术。在手术结束后，对比两组患者的眼压和前房深度，分析手术结束后两组患者的并发症情况。结果实验组患者手术后的眼压和前房深度分别为(11・37±5・47)mmHg、(3.04
2、±0.49)mm,与对照组的(39.68±10.27)mmHg、(1.44±0.63)mm比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；50例患者经手术治疗后，角膜水肿、角膜线状混浊2例，房水细胞炎症反应3例，人工晶状体瞳孔夹持1例及脉络膜脱离2例。结论恶性青光眼对侧眼青光眼行人工晶状体植入+小梁切除术+透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除术可有效改善患者的视力情况，临床应用价值较大，且在治疗结束后，及吋处理患者的并发症情况，对改善患者的预后具冇积极作用。［关键词］恶性青光眼；对侧青光眼；手术［中图分类号JR775［文献标识码］
