2、菌67属207种18674株，细菌分离率30．69％(18674／60846)，革兰阴性杆菌、革兰阳性球菌与真菌的比例为54．42：32．21：11．56。前6位优势菌群分别是甲型副伤寒沙门菌、草绿色链球菌群、大肠埃希菌、酵母样真菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。革兰阴性杆菌比例明显上升，条件致病菌检出增多，草绿色链球菌群、肠道致病菌和甲型副伤寒沙门菌的检出则下降(P
