1、[精品]【精品资料】丁苯猷胶囊联合银杏达莫治疗老年急性脑梗死120例效果观察丁苯駄胶囊联合银杏达莫治疗老年急性脑梗死120例效果观察[摘要]冃的观察丁苯駄胶囊联合银杏达莫治疗老年急性脑梗死的效果和安全性。方法将2012年4月〜2014年1月在中山市大涌医院住院的120例老年急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组给予丁苯酥胶囊口服加银杏达莫静滴治疗,对照组给予血塞通静滴,疗程均为15do收集治疗前后数据,观察比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、血液学指标及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率(85.0%)高于对照组(68.3%),差异有统计学意义(PV0.05);治疗后两组神
2、经功能缺损评分均有明显降低(P<0.01),观察组神经功能缺损评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体、超敏C反应蛋白都有不同程度降低(均P<0.05),观察组D-二聚体及超敏C反应蛋口改善作用明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组及对照组治疗过程中未岀现明显纱物不良反应。结论联合应用丁苯駄胶囊和银杏达莫注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死有较好的临床效果及安全性。[关键词]老年;急性脑梗死;丁苯駄胶囊;银杏达莫注射液[中图分类号]R743.3E文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210(2014)05(a)-0059-04Observationon
