1、保乳术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效的异同分析［摘要］冃的对比研究在乳腺癌早期采取保乳术治疗和改良根治术治疗的效果差异，给前来就诊的患者提供指导和参考。方法将2010年1月〜2013年12月间来我院就诊的140例乳腺癌早期患者随机分成两组，其中实施保乳术治疗患者共60例作为观察组，实施改良根治术患者80例作为对照组。以手术期间出血量、手术时间、术后恢复情况及生活质量影响状况等作为对比项冃，记录分析两组患者在手术前后的相关数据。结果经过相同治疗时间后，观察组患者在手术期间的出血量、手术时间均明显少于对照组患者，且观察组术后恢复情况及生活质量情况均明显优于对照组患
