2、据，运用回归模型进行实证研究。结果显示建筑技术创新网络规模、中心度和联系强度对创新绩效有正向影响，正式契约倒u形调节网络规模、中心度和联系强度对创新绩效的影响效应，关系契约正向调节网络中心度和联系强度对创新绩效的影响效应。研究表明网络规模、中心度和联系强度对建筑技术创新都有积极作用，而恰当的契约治理将促进这一作用。建筑企业需要适度把握正式契约治理强度，着重培养关系契约治理能力，才能够更好地利用外部网络创新资源，提高创新绩效。关键词：契约治理；建筑企业；技术创新网络；网络结构；创新绩效中图分类号：F403．6文献标识码：A
