2、iRNA.145、Oct4和Sox2基因与早期胚胎细胞表型问可能存在的关联,为阐明miRNA.14斓控早期胚胎发育分化的分子机制奠定基础。【方法】利用手术法收集SPF级昆明小白鼠体内生产的2一细胞胚胎和囊胚,采用SYBRGreenI实时荧光定量PcR检测小鼠2.细胞胚胎和囊胚中miRNA.145、Oct4和Sox2基因的表达情况。【结果】在小鼠早期胚胎由2.细胞胚胎发育至囊胚的过程中,miRNA.J45在囊胚中的表达量显著高于在2.细胞胚胎中的表达量(P<0.05,下同),而Oct4和Sox2-在囊胚中的表达量显著低于在2.细胞胚胎中的表达量。【结论】miR
