1、职业特性论文：高校辅导员职业特性研究【中文摘要】高校辅导员是对学生进行日常教育管理最直接、最基层的承担者和组织者,是大学生接触最多的教育者,是高校思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。做好高校辅导员队伍建设工作,对于促进高校人才培养、维护校园及社会的稳定具有重要意义。但辅导员队伍尚存在一些非职业化的特征,制约了高校思想政治教育整体目标的实现。在此种情况下,笔者认为辅导员职业特性研究为解决高校辅导员队伍建设问题提供理论支持,是对辅导员工作理论体系建构的必然要求,对厘清辅导员工作职业、框定职业标准、提升管理水平、规划职业发展具有重要的指导意义。在对高校辅导员职业问题研究进行简要
2、综述后,笔者以马克思主义社会分工理论、职业特性模型理论、职业选择理论、职业社会学理论为理论借鉴,将角色定位、本质分析、功能体现作为高校辅导员职业特性的形成前提,界定高校辅导员职业特性分析的基本框架,从系统性、差异性、主体性三种视角分别进行高校辅导员职业特性的分析,从系统性视角分析高校辅导员职业的基层性和整合性,从差异性视角分析高校辅导员职业的专业性和既定性,从主体性视角分析高校辅导员的联动性和效益性。运用对高校辅导员职业特性的分析,对高校辅导员队伍建设的实践应用提出建议,从职责要求、管理模式、发展路径几方面对宏观队伍建设提出方向性目标,从从业水平、素质能力等内在要
3、求对辅导员主体成长提出实时性建议。【英文摘要】Recently,theresearchabouttheoriesofcollegecounsellorshasbeenamajorconcernforcounselors’extremelyimportantinfluencesoncollegestudents.Collegecounsellorsalwaysworkonthemanagementofcollegestudentsatthefrontline.asthebasiccomponentsandbackboneofcollegepoliticalideol
4、ogyeducation.andtheimmediateorganizersandundertakersofdailycollegestudents’educationalmanagement,theyareoftenonintimatetermswithstudentsandholdthedirectresponsibilityforthemoraleducationwork.Therefore.itiscrucialtoensuringeffectivecounsellorsworkforcollegetalentscultivation,theconstru
