2、ty,Xi’an,China摘要高校辅导员是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分，是高等院校开展大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，是从事学生工作与学生联系最为密切的基层工作者。建立一支高效稳定的高校辅导员队伍关系到我国大学生的健康成长，关系到整个高等教育事业的发展。高校辅导员队伍的建设不仅仅是要从制度上、政策上改变现状，更要求了解高校辅导员对职业的态度和情感。只有让高校辅导员自身从内心热爱本职工作、愿意终身去从事这个职业，才能从根本上促进高校辅导员整体队伍的建设。这种态度和情感的核心就是职业承诺。现阶段关于我国高校辅导员职业承诺的研究，大多

3、侧重于通过问卷调查得出量性的结论，但对高校辅导员职业承诺缺乏深层次的调查。本文通过访谈的方式对影响职业承诺水平因素进行了分析。本文共分四章进行论述：第一章为绪论，主要阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究方法、研究的创新点和研究中的不足。第二章，在分析高校辅导员具有教师和管理人员双重身份特殊性的基础上，对高校辅导员职业承诺进行基本概念的界定。第三章，通过对江苏省高校辅导员进行访谈，了解江苏地区20名高校辅导员对辅导员职业的态度和情感。第四章，根据访谈内容并结合文献资料，分析了现阶段影响我国高校辅导员职业承诺水平的因素。第五章，
