4、ditseficacyagainstmethicillin-resistantStaph~lococcusaureus(MRSA252)strainswasinvestigated.TheobtainedPLDhadameanvesiclediameterof(111.54-15.4)amandameanpercentdrugloadingoff5.814-0.19)%withhighstoragestability.PotentactivityofPLDagainstMRSAwasdemons
5、tratedinvitrowithamoresustainedeffectthanthatofconventionalliposomaldaptomycinanddaptomycinsolution.Inaddition,intravenousadministrationofasingledose(equaltohumanuse)ofPLDsignificantlyincreasedthesurvivalofmiceinaMRSA252systemicinfectionmodelcompared
