4、ophobiccompounds,thehydrocarbonshadstrongerinteractionwithaC18SPEcolumnthanoxygenates.Undertheopti—mizedelutionconditions,theoxygenateswerefirstelutedfrointheC18SPEcolunmwith60%(v/v)methanolsolution.Thefractionofoxygenateswasthenanalyzedwithgaschromatogra—phy—ma
