1、LOGOYunnanUniversityofFinanceandEconomics****UniversityMEMORANDUMOFUNDERSTANDINGBETWEEN****UNIVERSITYANDYUNNANUNIVERSITYOFFINANCEANDECONOMICS（Sample）Inordertoenhancetheeducationalcapabilitiesofeachoftheaboveinstitutions,itisproposedthatcollaborationsandexchangesbeinitiatedinfieldsofc

2、ommonexpertiseandinterest.TheprogramstobeinitiatedthroughthisMOUwillbebasedonaspiritofcooperation,reciprocity,andofmutualbenefittobothparties.1.Bothinstitutionsagreetopursueacademiccollaborationinvariousareasofeducation,researchandextension.2.Bothinstitutionswillmakegood-faithandenth

3、usiasticefforttopromoteprogramcollaboration,exchangeoffaculty,scholarsandstudents,aswellaseducationalresearchandextensionmaterialsappropriatetotheareasofcollaboration.3.Studentsexchangeprogramwillinclude(1)Non-degreeProgramShort-termexchangeprogramwillbeconductedandthehostinstitution

4、hasnoresponsibilitytoawarddegreetoexchangestudents.Theprogramtargetsatundergraduatesorpostgraduatesofbothinstitutions.However,suchtermsastofieldofstudy,duration,andnumberofexchangestudentswillbespecifiedindetailedagreements.(2)DegreeProgramBothinstitutionswilldevelopalong-termexchang

5、eprogramleadingtodualdegreeofbothinstitutions.Undergraduatesandpostgraduatesofbothinstitutionsareeligibleforapplying.Detailedtermsregardingtuitionwaive,fieldofstudy,durationandnumberofexchangestudentwillbespecifiedindetailedagreement.1.Specificdetailsofexchangesnotedabovewillbenegoti

6、atedbetweentheinstitutionsandspecificagreementwillbesignedsubjecttotheapprovalofeachinstitution.2.ThisMOUonlyexpressestheintentionofcooperation.Ithasnolegaleffectonbothparties.3.ThisMOUwillremainineffectforfiveyearsfromthedateofsigning,andisrenewablethereafterforfive-yeartermssubject
