1、.LOGOYunnanUniversityofFinanceandEconomics****UniversityMEMORANDUMOFUNDERSTANDINGBETWEEN****UNIVERSITYANDYUNNANUNIVERSITYOFFINANCEANDECONOMICS（Sample）..Inordertoenhancetheeducationalcapabilitiesofeachoftheaboveinstitutions,itisproposedthatcollaborationsandexchangesbeinitiatedinfieldsof

2、commonexpertiseandinterest.TheprogramstobeinitiatedthroughthisMOUwillbebasedonaspiritofcooperation,reciprocity,andofmutualbenefittobothparties.1.Bothinstitutionsagreetopursueacademiccollaborationinvariousareasofeducation,researchandextension.2.Bothinstitutionswillmakegood-faithandenthu

3、siasticefforttopromoteprogramcollaboration,exchangeoffaculty,scholarsandstudents,aswellaseducationalresearchandextensionmaterialsappropriatetotheareasofcollaboration.3.Studentsexchangeprogramwillinclude(1)Non-degreeProgramShort-termexchangeprogramwillbeconductedandthehostinstitutionhas

4、noresponsibilitytoawarddegreetoexchangestudents.Theprogramtargetsatundergraduatesorpostgraduatesofbothinstitutions.However,suchtermsastofieldofstudy,duration,andnumberofexchangestudentswillbespecifiedindetailedagreements.(2)DegreeProgramBothinstitutionswilldevelopalong-termexchangeprog

5、ramleadingtodualdegreeofbothinstitutions...Undergraduatesandpostgraduatesofbothinstitutionsareeligibleforapplying.Detailedtermsregardingtuitionwaive,fieldofstudy,durationandnumberofexchangestudentwillbespecifiedindetailedagreement.1.Specificdetailsofexchangesnotedabovewillbenegotiatedb

6、etweentheinstitutionsandspecificagreementwillbesignedsubjecttotheapprovalofeachinstitution.2.ThisMOUonlyexpressestheintentionofcooperation.Ithasnolegaleffectonbothparties.3.ThisMOUwillremainineffectforfiveyearsfromthedateofsigning,andisrenewablethereafterforfive-yeartermssubjecttomutua
