2、andexchangesbeinitiated1/6infieldsofcommonexpertiseandinterest.TheprogramstobeinitiatedthroughthisMOUwillbebasedonaspiritofcooperation,reciprocity,andofmutualbenefittobothparties.1.Bothinstitutionsagreetopursueacademiccollaborationinvariousareasofedu

3、cation,researchandextension.2.Bothinstitutionswillmakegood-faithandenthusiasticefforttopromoteprogramcollaboration,exchangeoffaculty,scholarsandstudents,aswellaseducationalresearchandextensionmaterialsappropriatetotheareasofcollaboration.3.Studentsex

4、changeprogramwillinclude(1)Non-degreeProgramShort-termexchangeprogramwillbeconductedandthehostinstitutionhasnoresponsibilitytoawarddegreetoexchangestudents.Theprogramtargetsatundergraduatesorpostgraduatesofbothinstitutions.However,suchtermsastofieldo

5、fstudy,duration,andnumberofexchangestudentswillbespecifiedindetailedagreements.(2)DegreeProgramBothinstitutionswilldevelopalong-termexchangeprogramleadingtodualdegreeofbothinstitutions.Undergraduatesandpostgraduatesofbothinstitutionsareeligibleforapp

6、lying.2/6Detailedtermsregardingtuitionwaive,fieldofstudy,durationandnumberofexchangestudentwillbespecifiedindetailedagreement.4.Specificdetailsofexchangesnotedabovewillbenegotiatedbetweentheinstitutionsandspecificagreementwillbesignedsubjecttotheappr

7、ovalofeachinstitution.5.ThisMOUonlyexpressestheintentionofcooperation.Ithasnolegaleffectonbothparties.6.ThisMOUwillremainineffectforfiveyearsfromthedateofsigning,andisrenewablethereafterforfive-yeartermssubjecttomutualconsent.ThisMOUmaybeterminatedby
