2、estsbymakingprovisiontoavoidfuturedifferences.Ttisthereforemutuallyagreedthat:1.AslongaseachoftheundersignedshareholdersremainsashareholderinCorporation,heorshewillvotehisorherrespectivesharesofstockinthecorporatioriforeachofthefollowingnameddirectors.1.1.2.Anyoftheabovedirectorswhoceasetob

3、eashareholderintheCorporationshallsubmithisorherresignationtotheCorporationwhenheorshetransfershisorhershares.1.Eachoftheundersignedpartiesagreethatheorsheshallwilldevotehisorherbesteffortstothebestinterestsandadvancementofthecorporation.2.ForthecommoninterestoftheCorporation,theundersigned

4、shareholdersagreetothefollowingpeopleappointedandelectedasofficersoftheCorporation,aslongastheyrernainshareholdersoftheCorporationandperformcompetently,faithfully,andefficiently.(President)(VicePresident)(Secretsry)(Treasurer)AnyoftheforegoingofficerswhoceasestobeashareholderintheCorporatio
