1、枸杞多糖联合白芍总昔治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效评定枸杞多糖联合白芍总甘治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效评定王嬪姣1,李莉1,徐武清2,漆明1【摘要】目的:评价枸杞多糖联合白芍总昔在治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RecurrentAphthousUlcer,RAU)中的长期临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将160例RAU患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例采用宁夏枸杞提取物枸杞多糖联合白芍总昔治疗，对照组80例只采用白芍总昔治疗，两组疗程均为6个月。根据屮华口腔医学会粘膜病专业委员会的“RAU疗效评价试行标准”进行疗效评价。结果：枸杞多糖联合白芍总
2、昔组治疗RAU患者总体冇效率显著优于白芍总昔组，且不良反应较轻；两组RAU患者在治疗期内的总间歇期均延长，溃疡总数目均减少，其对间歇期的影响，存在显著性差异(p<0.01)；对溃疡数目的影响，未见明显差异(p>0.05)o结论：枸杞多糖联合白芍总昔治疗RAU长期疗效显著，不良反应轻微。【关键词】枸杞多糖；白芍总昔；复发性阿弗他溃疡【中国图书分类法分类号】【文献标志码】ATheclinicalevaluationofTotalGlucosidesofPaeonyandLyeiumBarbaomPolysacchari
