5、-phaseC18columnchromatographyonanHSCCC-ELSDsystem.Atwo-phasesolventsystemcomprisedhexane–n-butanol–water(1:40:20,v/v)and(1:10:5,v/v)wasemployed.Twootherkeyparameters,revolutionspeedoftheseparationcolumnandflow-rateofthemobilephase,werealsoinvestigatedforoptimumHSCCCperformance.Each
6、peakfractionobtainedfromseparationoftheplatycosideswascollectedaccordingtotheELSDelutionprofileanddeterminedbyHPLC.Results–Usingthedescribedmethod,sixplatycosides,allwithpuritiesofover94%,couldbeisolatedfrom300mgoftheplatycoside-enrichedfraction.Theirstructureswerecharacterizedbyel
