3、tanmedoxomil.KeyWords:olmesartanmedoxomil;hypertension;pharmacology;toxicology奥美沙坦酯(olmesartanmedoxomil)是一种前体药坦、厄贝沙坦、替米沙坦和坎地沙坦等),能阻断血管紧物,口服后通过胃肠道吸收,水解为有生物活性的产物奥张素II受体,抑制肾素分泌的负反馈调节,从而有降血压作美沙坦(olmesartan)而发挥作用。奥美沙坦是一种选择性用。本文综述了奥美沙坦酯的药理毒理性质,以冀为其临的血管紧张素IIl型受体(AT)拮抗剂(同类药物有缬
