1、十日基药斜学20l4年11月第4卷第2l期·I床研究·单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合阿昔洛韦分散片治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察罗新霁广东省佛山市南海区罗村医院皮肤科，广东佛山528266[摘要】目的观察和评价单纯口服阿昔洛韦分散片以及联合静脉滴注单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法136例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组75例，男39例，女36例，采用单磷酸阿糖腺苷0．2加入0．9％氯化钠250mL静脉滴注，1次／d，口服阿昔洛韦分散片0．2g，5次／d，7d为1疗程；对照组61例，男32例，女29例，单纯口服阿昔洛韦分

2、散片0．2g，5次／d，共7d。于治疗前、后记录每天就诊时水疱面积，有无新发水疱及皮疹结痂数，疼痛减轻程度，脱痂的时间。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率(治愈率+有效率)分别为93．33％和80．33％，两组差异有统计学意义(x：4．081，P<0．05)，治疗组止痛、结痂、脱痂时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0．05o结论静脉滴注单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合口服阿昔洛韦分散片治疗带状疱疹起效快，疗程短，能快速缓解疼痛，安全性好。【关键词】单磷酸阿糖腺苷；阿昔洛韦分散片；带状疱疹；治疗【中图分类号】R752．12[文献标识码】
