1、胃癌患者手术前后血清胸昔激酶1水平变化的临床研究胃癌患者手术前后血清胸营激酶1水平变化的临床研究［摘耍］目的探讨检测血清胸苜激酶(TK1)水平对胃癌诊断及手术效果评估的意义。方法采用免疫印迹-增强化学发光法检测35例健康查体者和68例胃癌患者血清TK1水平，比较43例胃癌患者根治术前后血清TK1水平。结果胃癌患者血清TK1水平明显高于正常对照组(P〈0・01)；血清TK1水平与胃癌患者性别、年龄无相关,与胃癌患者临床分期、细胞分化程度相关；IV期明显高于川期、期明显高于I【期、I【期明显高于I期、I期
