2、rsServiceandalsoachievedtheexternalMatrixQualityStandardaccreditation.OurstaffarefullyengagedinpreparingtomovetoournewbuildinginJanuary2019andalsopreparingforthetighterdata-protectionconstraintsoftheGDPR.Inaddition,theemploymentsuccessofourstudentsisbecomingamajorperformanceindicatorfort

3、heUniversityandwearepreparingforthenew‘GraduateOutcomes’survey.Ourservicedeliveryhas,yetagain,seenincreasesacrossmostmeasures,achievedwithoutanyadditionalstaff.Confirmationthatwe’regenerallydoingtherightthingswiththerightstudentsandattherighttimehasbeenreassuringlyreceivedfromanumberofex

4、ternalsources:CambridgecametopinWesternEuropeongraduateemployabilityinthe2018THEworld-wideQSsurvey,thatwe’vecometopagainonstudentsatisfactionintheiruseoftheCareersServiceamongst30UKuniversitiesintheTimesHighFliersSurvey,thatouremploymentoutcomeshaveimprovedandthatwehaveoneofthehigheststu

5、dentengagementratesamongsttheRussellGroupuniversities.IcanonlyechotheCouncilReview’scommendationonourteam’senthusiasmandcommitmentinprovidinganexcellentservice.IthankmyteamandalsoStuartLaing,MasterofCorpusChristiCollege,whostepsdownthisyearchairingourSyndicateastheViceChancellor’sdeputy–
