1、类球红细菌的培养条件与应用摘要:阐述类球红细菌的应用研究现状及前景;从类球红细菌的分类、结构形态、菌体营养组成,有机废水处理、光合产氢、生物制药,提取类胡萝卜素、辅酶Q、单细胞蛋白和水产、禽蓄养殖等方面进行阐述;类球红细菌可用来处理高浓度有机废水,可用作养殖业饲料,其菌体含有丰富的类胡萝卜素、辅酶Q;通过沸石粉吸附材料试验,测有效活菌数。试验表明吸附示类球红细菌仍存在。目前对类球红细菌的研究主要集屮于废水处理、光合产氢、水产和禽畜养殖等方面的研究,在类胡萝卜素提取、辅酶Q提取、单细胞蛋白提取等方面研究的比较少,其应用前景十分广阔。本文对于类球红细菌与沸石粉结合的烘干实验,共设置
2、了三个温度40°C,45°C和50°C。实验结果表明活菌数与温度无关而与含水率有关。烘干示的菌粉屮的类球红细菌活菌数经测定仍能达到农业部菌剂生产要求。烘干示一星期进行活化实验得知每克约含2.5亿活菌。关键词:类球红细菌;沸石粉;废水处理;光合产氢;水产养殖。Abstract:ToexpatiatecurrentsituationandprospectinapplyliedresearchaboutRhoclobactersphaeroicles;Elevenaspectssuchasclassification,morphologicalstruetiire,triphicco
