1、血清降钙素原在肺结核抗结核治疗疗效评估中的价值［摘要］目的研究血清降钙索原在肺结核抗结核治疗疗效评估中的价值。方法选择2012年1月〜2013年1月本科诊治的肺结核患者为研究对象（观察组），以同期未行抗结核治疗的肺结核患者为对照（对照组）,比较两组患者治疗前后血清降钙素原的水平并分析不同水平降钙索原抗结核治疗疗效羌异。结果观察组和对照组肺结核患者治疗前血清降钙素原差异无统计学意义，观察组患者治疗后1个月、3个月和6个月血清降钙素原显著降低（卩〈0.05）,对照组治疗1个月、3个月和6个月血清降钙素原升高，观察组肺结核患者治疗1个月、3个月和6个月血清降钙素原均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05
