3、einfluenzavirusesandPRCVpathogen:freepigs.Theclinicalresponses,grossarecirculatingintheEuropeanpigpopulation,respiratorylesionsandgrowthperformancesofcombinedinfectionsarelikelytooccur,partic-thesepigswerestudiedandcomparedwiththoseularlyatthebeginningofthefatteningp

4、eriod,ofsingle(PRCV,H1N1orH3N2)andmock-infect-whenpigsfromdifferentoriginsaremixed.Inedanimals.PRCVinfectioncausedfever,growth1987,anH3N2swineinfluenzaviruswasisolatedretardationandlunglesions,butnorespiratoryfromafarminEnglandfollowinganoutbreaksymptoms.Infectionwit

5、hswineinfluenzavirusesofsevererespiratorydisease(Pritchardeta11987).causedrathersimilar,mildsymptomsofdisease,PRCVseroconversioncoincidedwiththeout-withH1N1infectionbeingtheleastsevere.break,buttheviruswasnotisolated.However,Combinedinfectionswithinfluenzavirusesandt

6、heinfluenzaisolateonitsownfailedtoreproducePRCVdidnotappeartoenhancethepathogenicitytheclinicaldiseasewheninoculatedintoexper-oftheseviruses.Furthermore,viruseswereisolatedimentalpigs.morefrequentlyfromtissuesandnasalswabstakenTheaimofthisstudywastoestablishwhetherfr
