2、和聚乙二醇4000，对照组30例给予聚乙二醇4000；疗程8周。应用IBS症状变化评定疗效标准及抑郁自评量表(SDS)于治疗前及治疗8周后进行疗效评定。蛄果研究组中显效率、总有效率分别为68％扣96％，对照组分别为33％和70％。有显著性差异。2组内治疗前与治疗后SDS积分均有显著性差异；治疗后第2，4，8周末研究组SDS积分与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论鸟灵胶囊联用聚乙二醇4000能快速缓解C—IBS的临床症状、改善抑郁症状，安全性高、依从性好。【关键词】便秘型肠易激综合征；鸟灵胶囊；聚乙二醇4
