1、微创颅骨内血肿抽吸术治疗高血压脑出血的临床分析刘光炉刘西曾福兵（四川省彭州市中医院四川彭州611900）【摘要泪的：分析微创颅骨内血肿抽吸术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的70例高血压脑岀血患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组35例。对照组患者行小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗，观察组患者行微创颅骨内血肿抽吸术治疗。根据术后颅脑CT复查结果，评价患者的血肿清除效果；采用美国国立一卫牛研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评价患者的神经功能缺损恢复情况，采用格拉斯哥预后评分（60S）评价患者的预后情况；并统计2组患者术后相关并发症的发牛率。结果：术后“、3d,对照
2、组患者的平均血肿量均低于观察组（PV0.05）；但术后7d,2组患者的平均血肿量比较，P>0.05o观察组患者神经功能缺损恢复的总有效率为85.71%,对照组为82.86%,2组比较，P>0.05；观察组患者GOS预后评分恢复良好率为71.43%,对照组为65.71%,2组比较，P>0.05。观察组患者术后颅内再出血、颅内感染、肺部感染、消化道出血并发症的总发牛率为11.43%,对照组为34.28%,PV0.05。结论：微创颅骨内血肿抽吸术与小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的近远期疗效相当，当微创颅骨内血肿抽吸术术后并发症的发牛率较低，更值得临床推广
