1、12.4IftheSupplierisindefaultwiththesubsequentfulfilmentoftheContract,ifherefusessubsequentfulfilmentwithoutjustification,thesubsequentfulfilmentisunsuccessfulorisunreasonabletoSAForwhereagreeduponinClause 12.6,SAFcanperformthesubsequentfulfilmentthemselvesorhaveisperformedbyth

6、representativesorbythespecialistworkshopsauthorisedbythem(jointlyreferredtoas“ServicePartners”)or,wherethisisnecessaryorprobablylessexpensive,tohavethesepartsreplaced.ThesameshallapplytotheremedyingofconsequentialdamagecausedbydefectsintheContractProductstotheproductsmanufactu

7、redbySAFusingtheseContractProducts.InthiscasetheSuppliershallrefundSAFforthepurchasepriceofthenecessarysparepartsincurredbytheServicePartner(wherebyoriginalsparepartsshallbeusedasfaraspossible),foractualandnecessarytransportandlabourcostsand,wherethishasbeenagreedseparately,an
