1、AbstractIn2012,mergermarkettobecomemoreactiveinChina.Accordingtothedatain2012,Chinamergermarketannouncedthedealcaseamountisupto3379,disclosurethesizeofthetransactionof$307790000000,whichascending18%comparedtotheyear2011.ThecontinuousdeclineinthecontextoftheIPOmarket,partfundedenterprise
2、sbegantolaunchalarge-scalemergersandrestructuringtransactions,itsgoalistorapidlyexpandthescalebiggerandstronger.Thisyear,therealestateindustrymergersandacquisitionsoccurredin176cases,mergertransactionsisactiveextremely.ThisarticleanalyzetheBinjianggroupmergerEastCoast(Chunan)realestated
3、evelopmentcompanylimited,analyzingtheperformanceofmergersandacquisitionsfromtheangleoftheacquiringpartyanddescribingtheprocessofmergerandacquisitionindetail,throughtheanalysisofchangesin2011-2013yearsrelatedfinancialindicatorsandEVA,toevaluatetheperformanceofmergersandacquisitions.Theca
4、lculationresultsshowthattheM&Aactivitiesinmergersandacquisitionsoftheeffectisobviousintheeventsoftheyearandtheemergenceofperformancegrowth,butinthemergeroccurredinthesecondyear(2012)showadownwardtrend.Overthelongterm,theacquisitionisnotsuccessful.HopingthattheBinjianggroupsummarizetheex
