1、全骯关节置换术与骨折内固定术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的效果比较全覩关节置换术与骨折内固定术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的效果比较［摘耍］目的比较全锻关节置换术和骨折内固定术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年9月〜2014年2月收治的60例股骨颈骨折患者，将其随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用内固定手术进行治疗，观察组采用全凝关节置换术进行治疗。依据Harris评分对患者的手术效果以及骨折恢复情况进行判定。结果两组患者的手术时间和术中出血量比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o观察组平均住院时间为(18・6±3・3)

2、d,并发症发生率为3.33%,治疗总有效率为93.33%；对照组平均住院时间为(25.4±4.5)d,并发症发生率为13.33.%,治疗总有效率为80.00%。两组住院时间、并发症发生率及治疗总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论全髓关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折临床效果良好，能缩短患者的住院时间，提高疗效，减少术后并发症，并且具有操作简单、手术风险低等优点，值得临床应用与推广。［关键词］股骨颈骨折;全髄关节置换术;骨折内固定术；骨密度［屮图分类号］R687.4［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-4721(201
