1、ManagementProblemsandStrategiesofIronOreSupplyChainManagementinIronandSteelEnterprises--TakingAnIronandSteelGroupasAnExample摘要钢铁行业的发达程度，在过去一段时间内都被看作是衡量一个国家工业化发展的标尺。当前经济增长面临诸多下行压力，国内钢铁产能过剩，钢铁企业成本居高不下,钢铁企业面临前所未有的压力和挑战。我国钢铁企业的主要成本构成是铁矿石的采购和运输，随着我国粗钢产量不断上升，铁矿石需求量也随之激增，国际铁矿石巨头借机抬
2、高售价，使我国钢铁企业十分被动。在当前市场环境下，钢铁企业的供应链管理尤其重要，钢铁企业应该加强铁矿石供应链管理，从而保证铁矿石供应的稳定，这是实现降低铁矿石成本的关键。本文在相关供应链管理理论的基础上，通过对国内钢铁企业铁矿石供应现状和管理模式进行研究，分析现有管控体系各节点存在的问题，找出未来铁矿石供应链管理的关键优化点和重点改善方向，提出了供应链改良模型——构建一体化管理模式。最后，通过对A钢铁集团的案例分析，将企业实际情况与改良模型结合，提出适合A集团发展的具体建议，并通过调查问卷的方式，验证了改良模型符合企业现状和发展需要，是适合我国
