3、seofthecoreemployeehascharacteristicsofhighvalue,difficulttoreplaceanddeepinfluence,thereforitisofvitalimportancetoSmallandmicrobusinesses.Hence,howtoeffectivelyintroduceandmanagethecorestaff,hasbecomeanurgentproblemtoSmallandmicrobusinesses.BasedontheS
4、mallandmicrobusinessescorestaffmanagementstatusofin-depthstudyfound,bigproblemsexistinginthecorestaffselection,training,performanceevaluationandotherwork.Attherootofthis,lackofscientificandreasonablemanagementtoolshasbecomeoneoftheimportantreasons.Theco
5、mpetencymodelasaneffectivetoolforhumanresourcemanagement,hasbeenwidelyappliedinallaspectsofemployeemanagement,andplaysanimportantrole.Therefore,thispaperattemptstostudythecompetencymodelintoSmallandmicrobusinessesofthecorestaffmanagement.Afterdiscussing
6、thecompetencymodelonthebasisofrelatedresearch,thispaperselectstheresearchmanagementtype,Smallandmicrobusinessesinmarketing,technologythreecoreemployees;andcompiledthecompetencyquestionnaire,usingofSPSS17.0theresultsofthequestionnaireforstatisticalanalys
