1、摘要解决农村客运问题发展是解决农村问题的重要一步。尽管现阶段，农村客运已经取得了长足发展。运输设施设备技术建设水平逐步提高，农村客运网络进一步完善，经营模式越发向规模化集约化发展，同时运输安全与服务质量显著改善，但是在农村客运运营等方面仍存在有待进一步解决的问题。特别对于西部山区而言，尤为迫切。西部山区作为我国西部大开发战略的重要集结地，解决好西部山区农村客运问题，对于我国西部大开发战略的有效实施十分必要。论文在研究西部山区农村客运体系特征的基础上对西部山区农村客运运营机制进行了研究。首先笔者对农村客运运营机制进行了界定，提出农村客运运营机制应从农村客运运营主体、农村客运供给系统以及

2、农村客运监督管理机制三个方面入手。其次，论文在分析我国现行运营主体运营模式的的前提下，提出适合西部山区农村客运发展的公司化与个体联营混合模式，并利用博弈论及机制设计相关理论对该模式进行了合理性验证。再次，论文分别利用集合覆盖模型、逐条布设优化成网模型以及相关定性分析对西部山区农村客运站选址、线路布局以及车型选择进行了研究，进而完成了对西部山区客运供给体系的研究。最后论文对重庆市綦江区农村客运运营机制进行了优化。关键词：西部山区；农村客运；运营机制；运营主体；客运供给系统IABSTRACTRuralpassengertransportisabigimportantsteptosolve
