2、五省区的财政教育支出的规模、结构和经济状况的分析；第四部分为了进一步研究西北五省区教育支出与经济增长的关系，通过各种检验进行检验数据的平稳性，建立了VAR模型，对全国的和西北五省区的教育支出与经济增长的数据做实证研究。第五部分是促进西北五省区财政教育支出的政策建议。关键词：西北五省区；教育支出；经济增长；VAR模型AbstractCompetitivesituationofacountryorregion,intheknowledgeeconomydependsmainlyonthedevelopmentofeducatio

6、endoffurtherexpansion.Inthefurtherimplementationofthewesterndevelopmentbackground,thewesternregion'sbackwardeducational,apparentlyhinderedthepaceofeconomicprogress,cannotmeetthehumanresourcesneedsoftheeducationalneedsofeconomicdevelopmentandpeople'sneeds.Northwesth
