3、ternalSNSmembersareunwillingtosharingknowledge,howtoguidethesharingbehaviorbecomesachallengeofenterprise.Thisresearchbuiltatheoreticalmodelofknowledge-sharingfactorsbasedontheperspectivesofMotivation-Opportunity-Ability(MOA)frameworkafteracarefullyreviewoftheoryrelatedtoknowle
4、dgesharingandSNS.Theresearchillustrateshowself-efficacy,expectedreciprocation,thestructureofthesocialnetworkandorganizationaltrustinfluenceknowledgesharingofinternalSNSandputforwardedthehypothesesaccordingly.Thisthesiscollecteddatabytheapproachesofquestionnairessurveyanddidane
5、mpiricalanalysisbyusingSPSS19.0.Theresultsshowedthatself-efficacy,expectedreciprocation,thestructureofthesocialnetworkandorganizationaltrustbothhaveapositiveimpactonknowledgesharing.Inaddition,differentdimensionsoftheexpectedreciprocation,socialnetworksandorganizationaltrustsh
