2、onroutinesororganizationalinertia,especiallytheinertiaofSMEsintotherelationalmodel,ignoringtheeffectofinternalinertiaoninnovationperformanceandaffectingtheaccuracyofthemechanismbetweentheenterprisenetworkcapabilityandinnovationperformance.Toperfecttherelationshipbetweenthetwovariabl
3、es,thepaperiscommittedtoregardorganizationalinertiaasthemoderatorandintroduceitintotherelationshipresearchbetweentheSMEnetworkcapabilitiesandinnovationperformance,inordertoprovideanewideaforSMEstoovercomeorganizationalinertiaandenhanceinnovationperformance.Atfirst,thisstudyidentifie
4、selementsandthelogicalrelationshipofthethreevariablescombingwiththerelevantdomesticandforeignresearchesaboutnetworkcapability,innovationperformanceandinternationalinertia.Secondly,basedontheliteratureofthethreevariables,itbuildstherelationalmodelaboutnetworkcapability,internationali
5、nertia.andinnovationperformanceandthenproposesthecorrespondinghypothesisanddesignsthequestionnairecombinedwithdomesticandinternationalclassicscales.Finally,thispapertakesadvantagesofSPSStodevelopreliabilityanalysis,validityanalysis,correlationanalysisandregressionanalysisfor181scree
6、nedquestionnaires,andtestthehypothesis.Throughempiricalanalysis,thestudyresults:(1)SMEnetworkcapabilitiesandinnovationperformancearepositivelycorrelated.NetworkVisioncapability,networkbuildingcapabilities,relationshipmanagementandportfoliomanagementcapabilitiesofSMEshaveapositiveinf
