1、摘要城市交通是城市经济、社会发展的重要命脉，其发展状况、发展程度会直接影响到城市的空间布局，进而影响到城市经济、社会的发展。随着我国经济的不断发展，私家车作为身份和地位的象征，开始走进人们的视野，进入人们的生活，随之而来的行车难、停车难、空气污染和噪声污染日益严重，并开始影响人们的正常生活。绿色交通作为一种全新的交通发展理念，是城市可持续发展理念在交通运输领域中的生动应用，它将是交通行业在城市不断扩张、经济快速发展趋势下的必然选择。绿色交通具有低能耗、低污染、高效率的特点，能够通过最小的资源代价和环境代价最大程度的满
2、足城市居民的出行需求，并且带动相关绿色产业的发展，实现交通、经济、社会三者之间的可持续发展。本文站在可持续发展的角度，通过分析绿色交通出现的背景和研究意义，提出了我国城市交通走向“绿色”的必然性；通过阐述绿色交通的内涵和理论支撑，明确了绿色交通的可行性和对社会、环境的重要意义，认为绿色交通是社会可持续发展的重要组成部分；通过研究当前我国城市发展绿色交通的阻碍因素，并借鉴国外的先进经验，提出了一系列实现城市绿色交通的发展对策，希望有助于主管部门更好地管理城市交通，实现交通运输业的可持续发展。关键词：城市交通、绿色交通、
