1、养血清脑颗粒治疗老年偏头痛性眩晕的效果doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.22.50摘要目的：对比观察养血清脑颗粒对老年偏头痛性眩晕（MV）的治疗效果。方法：2011年10月-2013年3月收治MV患者78例，随机分为3组，养血清脑组给予养血清脑颗粒4g,3次/日。氟桂利嗪组给予氟桂利嗪5〜10mg,1次/晚。倍他司汀组给予倍他司汀4〜8mg/次，2〜4次/日。治疗12周，观察头痛、眩晕指标的变化及药物不良反应。结果：治疗后3组眩晕指标均显著改善。养血清脑颗粒对MV患者头痛指标的影响优于倍他司汀，对头痛时间、程度的影响优于氟桂利嗪，
2、对眩晕频率的影响与氟桂利嗪相当，对眩晕时间的影响与倍他司汀、氟桂利嗪相当，对眩晕强度的作用优于氟桂利嗪。治疗后，3组间眩晕残障量表（Dili）总评分差异无统计学意义（卩＞0.05）,养血清脑颗粒对DHT分项情绪评分的改善作用优于倍他司汀和氟桂利嗪。养血清脑组不良反应轻，耐受性良好。结论：养血清脑颗粒治疗老年MV安全、有效。关键词偏头痛性眩晕；养血清脑颗粒；氟桂利嗪；倍他司汀；预防治疗EffectofYangXueQingNaogranuleinthetreatmentofelderlymigrainevertigoZhouIluaxiangl,ChenChunfu
