1、TheresearchandpracticeofFinancialSharedServiceModeinChina1摘要随着中国经济发展速度越来越快，集团公司国际化程度也越来越高，大型集团公司的竞争力的提升需要凭借其综合运营效率的提升。财务共享服务中心这种机构的存在，满足了集团公司要求优化运营效率、大幅降低运营成本的需求，并且还能有效地提升财务决策水平，对财务风险进行严格管控，激励企业积极发展核心业务。本文以笔者所在公司实施财务共享服务为切入点，通过理论分析和案例分析的方法，结合笔者所在企业的实际情况，在分析国内外企业财务共享的现状的基础上，研究财务共享模式的探索
2、过程，研究如何进行财务共享服务的最佳实践方案选择，并总结其应用成效，为后续企业实践财务共享服务提供借鉴和指导。笔者认为，建成高效、集成、标准的财务共享服务中心，将财务共享服务中心由单一服务功能中心逐步向服务与管控中心、服务与价值创造中心过渡，可以有效促进降本增效，规范运营管理，提升公司价值，促进公司战略发展。然而，由于目前实施财务共享服务的国内集团公司还不是太多，应用时间也还比较短，所采用的多功能集成模式的应用效果尚未充分展示，未来该模式的应用效果、存在的问题还需要进一步总结，并在实践中不断创新发展和优化。关键词：财务共享服务，共享服务模式，新型财务管理4Abst
